My father always told me that if he could do it all over again, he would never have left the Monterey Peninsula back in 1978. If he had stayed, he would have gone into real estate (and done very well, I think!). Today, I’m proud to be living out that dream for him – and, most importantly, helping my clients achieve theirs.
As someone who enjoyed decades of success in corporate sales positions before making the transition to real estate, I’ve learned to treat my relationships as sacred. Anyone who has worked with me will testify to my pure and true servant’s heart. Your real estate transactions are 100% about you, and I keep myself and my ego out of them. I’ll never be that agent who wants the home more than you do. But when YOU want something, you’ll quickly find out that I am an over-communicator who will stay aggressive for you from day one through the close of escrow and beyond.
My favorite saying is, “Easy doesn’t do it good enough.” And it’s true. My promise to my clients is to work such wonders for them that they wind up feeling like the most complex and high-stakes transactions of their lives were, on reflection, shockingly simple. Because they deserve it.
Imagine trying to orchestrate a cross-country move from North Carolina to Carmel. Imagine, too, having to make that move in a time crunch to be near to your seven-year-old grandson with a serious medical condition. I once helped clients in that exact situation, securing the perfect Carmel condo for them from 3000 miles away. And while nothing about the circumstance was “easy” or ideal, the buyers were able to offload all the housing-related stuff completely onto me so that they could focus completely on themselves, their family, and their hopes for the future (and their grandson is now doing well!).
My passions in life include skiing and swimming in Lake Tahoe, and spending time with my best friend (a golden retriever named Nahko, who, thanks to his good looks and personality, has been maybe my biggest source of referrals). I also look forward to and enjoy meeting my mom and brother for dinner at Beach House in Pacific Grove every Friday.
If you see me, say hi! I can’t wait to get to know you and help you achieve whatever it is you want in your life here in this gorgeous community.
